About Countdown Your Age

To get started on your personal antiaging plan, it is extremely valuable to establish a baseline: where do you stand in terms of your current health? Perhaps you can already count down your age, but by how many years? This test is designed by LongLifeClub founder Dave Bunnell and by Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini.

Plus, you'll want to take it again as a way of measuring your progress. This online version stores a scorecard each time for you so that you can refer back to it. Also, if you don't complete a test, you can leave and come back to finish it later. You will not get a score until all the questions are answered.
